This Roman emperor was a prominent practitioner of Stoicism. Stoics are by dictionary people who can endure hardship without showing their feelings. This article (20 min read) delves into 5 tactics of these stoics and their application in modern life of ours.

To quote from the article.. “Stoics are in fact the ultimate optimists. Consider the image of a 16oz drinking glass holding 8oz of water. It’s of course either half full or half empty, right?
