Are we using too much soap?

Humans have probably never used soap to the extent that we have done across the world in the last few months. We also seem to be showering more often in this war against the virus.

But, is this process killing beneficial bugs that were living on us all these years? Will it cause other health issues?

This nice read in the Atlantic takes us through the perils of using too much soap.

A very nice blog indeed covering a variety of subjects. The photographs are breathtaking-were they taken by you Doc? You mention Swami Sarvapriyananda of RK order. Another link you may wish to provide on advaita vedanta is that of Ruper Spira -an awakened soul inspired by Ramana Maharishi. His youtube videos on the subject is the best I have heard on the subject. Vish
