Cleaner environment, unprepared immune systems and it’s effects on our bodies

With increasing use of antibiotics, antibacterial soaps and cleaner environments we are depleting our immune systems of regular training (fighting bugs on a daily basis).

The soldiers of our immune system are now finding new targets to practice… Our own bodies. This is leading to a rise in allergies, and other autoimmune conditions.
