What would you tell your 20-year-old self if you were able to time travel?

A search on this topic will yield multiple answers, but which of these are important to shape the leader in you?

I recently came across this keynote address by Surya Ramkumar (starting from 21:20 min) addressing the same question. A successful woman with many leadership roles under her belt, she also happens to be an author. Her advice to her younger self is filled with clarity and highlights the four values of curiosity, creativity, courage and care.

I stumbled upon her writing while reading an article in a magazine. Her first book, "Silent Eloquence," is a collection of her blog posts with themes that all of us can relate to. It covers topics ranging from art and technology to the need for credibility in negotiations, to name a few. The reads are short and enjoyable.

Her recent book, "The Sky Has Moved Away," has recently hit the bookstores. Looking forward to reading this fiction based on climate change.
