What does running do to your brain?

Running, as we have known for decades has been good for physical health. However, recent research on running is telling us that it is extremely beneficial for mental health.

Improved focus, less anxiety, antidepressant, and more importantly has the same effect on our brain as meditation.

Are we wired internally to have aerobic exercise daily?

Is the new found (in terms of evolution) sedentary habit of driving, sitting causing all the mental (we know about physical problems) issues?

If so, its time to wear those shoes and hit the track!
