Vitamin D is being looked at as the new elixir missing in our far-from-perfect lifestyles. Are we overcorrecting it (according to this NYT article)?
I personally see many patients severely deficient. Maintaining normal range is important for vital body functions.
Worth getting a vitamin D level checked it you haven’t done it yet.
