Here are two podcasts worth listening to this week:
This YouTube podcast video features Dr. Rhonda Patrick discussing the importance of various micronutrients, such as vitamin D, magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids for overall health and longevity. She highlights the importance of exercise and its role in brain health. Personally, I've have been taking supplements (Vitamin D for 10+ years, Magnesium and Omega-3 for a few years). I strongly recommend those of you not doing regular Vitamin D levels to get it done and start supplementation. On another note, I find that the one subscription worth having is Youtube Premium (especially the family plan). It gives high-quality YT music and ad-free YT.

Ravi Gupta (Partner in Sequoia capital) in conversation with Shane Parrish in this episode of The Knowledge Project. They discuss a range of topics related to success and personal growth. Gupta encourages individuals not to compartmentalise their personal and work personas, emphasising the importance of being one's authentic self in all environments.
